A week of work became a click and a review
A client produced the same weekly performance review by hand for three markets, using complex SQL, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint. There was no specification. The operator recorded himself doing the work, and the recording became the brief. Ten days after the first email, the tool built all three markets' decks in one run.

From keys and paper lists to a pool pass app
Calarossa Sporting (La Prima Isola S.r.l.), Sardinia
The resort's upper pool ran on keys, paper lists and the manager's memory. We built the Calarossa Pool Pass: owners and guests buy a seasonal, monthly or weekly pass online, each person gets a QR pass on their phone, and staff scan it at the gate, check ID once and hand over a wristband.
- Payments straight into the resort's own Stripe account
- Pass dates checked by the server at every scan
- Walk-up passes and lost-wristband recovery
- Every visit logged for insurance and tax
- Italian and English

"The team is great and the project manager provided an essential bridge, keeping work organised and on track. So far we've had an excellent experience."
