The founder's story

Segun Osu began his career on site at Balfour Beatty, managing sub-contractors and budgets on sections of major infrastructure builds worth over £26m. There he learned that dates slip and margins shrink when information arrives too late, however hard people work.

He saw the same pattern over the next two decades, in boardrooms and in growing businesses:

New revenue: growing digital products from $3m to $10m at Gartner, building B2B procurement platforms and advising multinationals on new commercial channels.
Protecting margins: guarding £22m of annual revenue from claims and disputes at Philips by building tracking tools, and raising delivery predictability across 20 teams during the £30bn GSK and Haleon demerger.

The lesson was the same on site and inside FTSE businesses.
