Get more done without another hire.
AI does the first pass, a separate check tests it against your rules, and your named person approves before anything goes out. Your own people run it.
Why not hire someone?
A recruiter finds you a person. Nobody asks which parts of the job need one. We split the work step by step, give the first pass to AI with a check on all of it, and leave the judgement and the approval with your own people.
How it works: free process map first
Show us the work
One process that slows your team down. Show us however suits you: examples, a recording, a screen share or a description.
Get your process map
Within one working day of seeing the work: what AI does, what your people check, what you approve, and what you gain. We check the job fits before you pay.
We build it, your people run it
Built into the tools you already use and tested alongside your current process for up to two weeks, then live after five clean runs in a row. Your people check the work and approve what goes out.

A week of work became a click and a review
A client produced the same weekly performance review by hand for three markets, using complex SQL, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint. There was no specification. The operator recorded himself doing the work, and the recording became the brief. Ten days after the first email, the tool built all three markets' decks in one run.
Who does each step now
| Step | Who | Check |
|---|---|---|
| Pull the week's figures | Rule | Thirty warehouse queries replace the manual pulls |
| Compute every measure, once | Rule | No figure passes through an AI model |
| Draw charts into the client's template | Rule | Slides matched by market and title |
| Refresh every page, or flag it | Rule | A page that could not refresh is marked in red |
| Judge whether the story holds up | The client's operator | Stays with a person |
| Decide what a figure means | The client's operator | Stays with a person |
| Release the deck to the client | The client's operator | The tool never sends |
| Copy figures through spreadsheets by hand | Removed | Taken out of the process |
No new staff and no platform migration. The client's own operator runs it: he picks the week, presses run and reviews the output. Data stays on his laptop.
What it was costing: £13,000 to £17,000 a year of senior analyst time on hands-on assembly, and more once the time lost switching between tasks is counted. See the same approach in a typical agency
"All 3 regions ran completely, with slides and excel output sheets produced."
Questions
What do we need to give you to get started?
Anything that shows us the work: past examples, a recording, a screen share or a description. Examples are optional. Then one email forward rule or a scheduled export.
How long does it take?
Your process map arrives within one working day of seeing the work. Once your job passes the fit check, we build it and test it up to two weeks alongside your current process, then live after five clean runs in a row. In our case study, the client's report was running ten days after the first email.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Where accuracy matters, rules work out the figures, so AI does not touch them. A separate check tests the AI's work against your rules, and your named person approves before anything goes out. Every correction becomes a rule, tested against your past jobs.
Who does the work?
Your own people. AI does the first pass, a separate check tests it, and your named person approves it. For specialist or regulated work, your qualified person signs off the rules.
Where does the work happen, and what happens to our data?
Your inputs arrive by an email forward rule, a scheduled export or read-only access. Before we start, we agree in writing which data we hold, where it is held and for how long. We work to UK GDPR.
What does it cost?
The process map is free, and your fixed price comes with it, before you commit. Prices and terms are on the prices page. See all prices

What your process map shows
- Your job, broken into its steps
- What software and AI take off your team
- What your people keep
- What you gain in time, quality and cost
- The price and the next step
An example agency. 22 people in digital marketing, with 30 clients on monthly retainers. Account managers spend the first week of every month building reports instead of talking to clients. About 4 in 10 reports go out by working day 5. The plan was to hire one and a half marketing executives.
Who should do each step
Hours of work fall from about 320 a month to about 116, and your own people do those. The account managers keep every client conversation.
What we build and hand over
- The software steps. Data pulls, report pages, budget alerts and approval reminders, set up in the tools you already use.
- The checks. A separate check tests the AI's work against your rules before your named person approves it.
- The monthly fee. Hosting, running costs, fixes, and every correction turned into a rule you approve.
