    We checked the enquiry pages of 100 UK made-to-order manufacturers against six things a customer sees before getting in touch, such as whether the form takes a drawing and whether a quote turnaround is published. The 10 plastics, composites and grp firms scored between 3 and 7 out of 10, with the middle one on 4. Ten firms is too few to speak for the whole trade.
